Luis is the Managing Partner of the EMA Partners International Miami office, implementing diverse and creative search strategies and managing global mandates with regional and global teams.

Luis expands client rosters, manages key talent searches, and advisees clients on HR Tech that supports data-driven decisions and streamlines processes for people operations. He has expertise in North American, Latin American, and Caribbean markets as well as leading US mandates for Asian and European clients. He is passionate about SaaS solutions supporting human capital needs for enterprise companies, digital transformation, and brings a well-versed industry knowledge across CleanTech, Information Services, Payments, and Digital.

Luis received a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Business Information Technology, Decision Support Systems. He is also Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of South Florida.

Sonali Dighe

Ms. Dighe is the Vice President of Human Resources for Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC). The company’s business operations were relocated from London to Coral Gables in 2014. CWC roots date to the mid-19the century laying of submarine cables that connected Britain with rest of the world. Its primary focus now is on the Caribbean and Latin American markets where the company provides a full range of telecommunications services, including digital cable TV, broadband, mobile, data storage and domestic and international land-line services, to millions of residential, business and government customers.

Sonali previously was Vice President Human Resources for Bechman Coulter, and also was Sr. Director of Human Resources – Global Sales for Avaya, a multinational technology specialist in business unified communications, and services. She received from Michigan State University an MLIR, Human Resources & Labor Relations, and a BS, Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

 

Christopher S. Daniels

Chris’s experience includes 4 years as a partner with Aceritude, a New York based leadership consulting and executive search firm; and a period in London as the VP Financial Services Business Unit for NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), a $1B enterprise software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. He also is a Board member of several early-stage technology companies. Chris earned an MBA from New York University and a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University.

Ronni Morrison

Ms. Morrison is an accomplished Human Resources leader with generalist and expertise and in specialist areas, with a record of building HR departments from the ground up. She currently supports the human resources needs and projects of early stage enterprises. Ronni has professional experience in Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent and Succession Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization/Management Development, Total Rewards, HRIS, Change Management, and Performance Metrics.

Prior to being SVP Human Resources at LVMH Starboard Cruises, Ms. Morrison held management positions as VP-Human Resources with Pier 1 Imports, and Human Resources Generalist with Texas Instruments. She received a B.S., Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jacqueline Coca
Human Resources Latin America at Bunge

Jacqueline Coca is an HR executive with 20+ years of successful experience acquired in a diverse mix of strategic and operational roles and businesses: consumer electronics, telecommunications, consulting, consumer products and services, pharmaceutical and logistics. She heads Human Resources for Bunge supporting the Latin America and Chicago Trading teams.

Jacqueline has also been VP of Human Resources US with DHL, Vice President of Human Resources Latin America for Grunenthal Latin America, HR Director – Latin America with Stanley Black & Decker, and Advisor for NextGen Advisors, LLC. Her education includes a Graduate degree in Human Resources with Fundacao Getulio Vargas and Executive Education at Harvard Business School in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal.
