At the eager age of 6, John Bejarano’s entrepreneurial spirit began to take shape when he founded his first business of selling cakes and homegrown coffee to his local community. Fast forward over 28 years, and John has built a solid reputation as a hands-on strategic thinker known for delivering dynamic, impactful results in brand strategy, product launches, promotions, and celebrity licensing partnerships.
As CEO & Head of Strategy for First Class Alliance (FCA), John is responsible for leading the agency’s creative vision, design, promotion strategies, celebrity endorsements, and brand licensing.
Key clients have included SMS Audio, a 50 Cent owned headphone company where John lead the Global Promotions Ambassador Program; Celsius, an energy drink company where John developed a licensing & endorsement partnership with Grammy nominated artist Flo Rida & D3M; Bombay Sapphire (Bacardi) for entertainment product placements and promotional events; NESTEA (Coca-Cola) for promotions; 10 Cane (Moet Hennessy) for product placements; and Office Depot, where John designed and launched the B2B Email Marketing program for North America; among a wide range of startups, law firms, and co-owned product launches.
Preceding FCA, John was the Senior Account Executive at ValueClick Media in NYC—a leading digital advertising network, now Conversant. John lead successful online marketing programs for well-established brands like QuickBooks, Sol Melia, Orkin, AOL Latino, and CitiFinancial. Other key positions include Senior Account Director for SendTec/RelationServe, Digital Consultant at MDG Advertising, and Senior Digital Strategist at iSource Digital.
John is currently on the Board of Directors for the MIT Enterprise Forum of South Florida, and previously served on the Board of the South Florida IMA for 7 years. He is a recognized public speaker and the co-author of the best-selling book “Game Changers,” which peaked at #1 on Amazon’s marketing category.
